1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the 3 Sisters Services website and booking our cleaning services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
3 Sisters Services provides Regular Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning, Airbnb & Vacation Rental Cleaning, Office & Commercial Cleaning, and Personal Organizing Services. Services are subject to availability in our service areas: New York (all five boroughs), Indianapolis, and Dallas.
3. Booking and Scheduling
Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, by email, or through WhatsApp. All bookings are subject to confirmation and team availability. We reserve the right to reschedule a booking if necessary, with as much advance notice as possible.
4. Pricing and Payment
Our cleaning is quote-based and tailored to your space. A quote is provided before service begins. Your credit or debit card receives a pre-authorization hold to secure the booking, and payment is processed only after the service has been completed. We do not accept cash for bookings.
5. Supplies
Clients are asked to provide their own cleaning supplies so we can use the products you trust in your home or workspace. If you have any questions about supplies, contact us before your booking.
6. Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Specific cancellation terms will be confirmed when your booking is processed.
7. Liability and Insurance
3 Sisters Services is fully bonded and insured. All of our employees are thoroughly screened, trained, and background-checked. In the unlikely event of accidental damage during a cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address it promptly.
8. Pet Policy
We love pets! For the best results, we ask that pets be restricted from the areas being cleaned whenever possible, so our team can work safely and efficiently.
